At TLuxe Co LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our hair care products. Due to the nature of hair care and personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and/or delivered.

Why We Have This Policy

For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on hair care products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged/defective item

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
